Summary

An Act To Amend Section 25-11-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Retired Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System Who Are Working After Retirement To Pay The Full Amount Of The Employee's Contributions On The Amount Of Compensation Received By The Retiree For His Or Her Employment; To Provide That The Retiree Will Not Receive Any Additional Creditable Service In The Retirement System As A Result Of The Payment Of The Employee's Contribution; And For Related Purposes.
