An Act To Amend Section 27-19-11, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Private Carrier Of Property May Pay An Additional $250.00 Annually For The Privilege To Haul Dirt, Sand, Gravel, Limestone And Any Other Surface Mineral If Hauled Within The State Of Mississippi; To Limit The Privilege To Two Vehicles Per Person; And For Related Purposes.
