An Act To Prohibit The Department Of Human Services Or Any Designated Lead Agency Administering The Child Care And Development Fund (ccdf) Within The State From Requiring Cooperation With Child Support Enforcement To Be Eligible For The Receipt Of Federal Ccdf Assistance; To Amend Sections 43-1-7, 43-17-5, 43-19-39 And 43-19-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provision; And For Related Purposes.
