An Act To Amend Section 71-5-355, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Benefits Paid To An Eligible Individual Shall Not Be Charged Against The Experience Rating Of An Employer, If The Employee Leaves The Employ Of An Employer To Accept Other Work; And For Related Purposes.
