Summary

An Act To Amend Section 29-5-215, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Purposes For Which Certain Funds In The Capital Complex Improvement District Project Fund May Be Used, To Provide That Such Funds Shall Be Used To Provide Funds To The Board Of Supervisors Of Hinds County, Mississippi, To Provide Funds To The Office Of The Hinds County District And Office Of The Hinds County Public Defender For Certain Purposes And Used To Pay Debt Service On Bonds Issued Under This Act; To Authorize The Issuance Of State General Obligation Bonds To Provide Funds To Assist The City Of Jackson, Mississippi, In Paying Costs Associated With Construction, Furnishing And Equipping Of A Real-time Crime Prevention Center; And For Related Purposes.
