An Act To Amend Section 37-23-137, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Parents To Tape Record Their Child's Iep Meeting With Three-day Notice To Local School District; To Establish The Timeline For Parents' To Receive A Copy Of Their Child's Evaluation Report Before The Iep Meeting; To Establish The Timeline For Local School Districts And Parents To Receive Observation Report Conducted By An Outside Entity Contracted With The Local Educational Agency For Purpose Of Making Determination Of The Need For Change In A Child's Iep; And For Related Purposes.
