Summary
An Act To Amend Section 5-8-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If A Lobbyist Has A Personal Services Contract With An Executive Agency, Executive Official, Public Official Or Public Employee, Then The Lobbyist May Not Lobby On Behalf Of A Lobbyist's Client With Regard To Causing Or Opposing Any Executive Or Legislative Action By That Agency, Official Or Employee; To Require A Lobbyist To Disclose Certain Personal Services Contracts; To Amend Section 25-9-120, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To This Act; To Bring Forward Sections 5-8-3, 5-8-7 And 37-101-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
