An Act To Amend Section 47-5-20, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Commissioner Of The Department Of Corrections To Provide Certain Notice To The House And Senate Corrections Committees Before Closing Any Community Work Center; To Require The Commissioner To Appear Before Such Committees To Provide Information To Justify The Proposed Closing Of Any Community Work Center; And For Related Purposes.
