An Act To Amend Section 71-3-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Workers' Compensation Law Provisions Regarding Apportionment Where A Preexisting Physical Handicap, Disease Or Lesion Is Shown To Be A Material Contributing Factor In The Results Following Injury; To Amend Sections 71-3-17 And 71-3-21, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Workers' Compensation Law Provisions That Provide The Amount Of Compensation For Disability That Shall Be Paid To The Employee; And For Related Purposes.
