Summary

An Act To Require The Mississippi Department Of Human Services To Develop And Prepare Financial Reports, In Addition To The Quarterly Report Required By Law, That Include All Department Expenditures Made With Federal And State Funds; To Require That The Financial Report Be Submitted On A Monthly Basis And Include The Current Month's Expenditures, An Aggregate Of Expenditures Made To Date For The Current Reporting Fiscal Year And An Itemization Of Categorical Spending By The Department; To Require That The Department Submit The Financial Report To The State Auditor And To The Chairmen Of The House Public Health And Human Services Committee And Judiciary A Committee And The Senate Public Health And Welfare Committee And Judiciary A Committee; And For Related Purposes.
