An Act To Amend Section 19-29-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow A Regional Railroad Authority, In Its Discretion, By Resolution Duly Adopted And Entered Upon Its Minutes, To Accept One Representative Of The Governing Authority Of Any Political Subdivision Or Instrumentality Of The State Of Mississippi As A Nonvoting Commissioner Of The Authority; And For Related Purposes.
