Summary
An Act To Require The Mississippi Department Of Child Protection Services To Develop And Prepare Financial Reports That Include All Department Expenditures Made With Federal And State Funds; To Require That The Financial Report Be Submitted On A Monthly Basis And Include The Current Month's Expenditures, An Aggregate Of Expenditures Made To Date For The Current Reporting Fiscal Year And An Itemization Of Categorical Spending By The Department; To Require That The Department Submit The Financial Report To The State Auditor And To The Chairmen Of The House Public Health And Human Services Committee And Judiciary A Committee And The Senate Public Health And Welfare Committee And Judiciary A Committee; And For Related Purposes.
