An Act To Amend Section 27-7-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exclude From Gross Income Under The State Income Tax Law Amounts Paid By An Agricultural Disaster Program As Compensation To An Agricultural Producer, Cattle Farmer Or Cattle Rancher Who Has Suffered A Loss As The Result Of A Disaster Or Emergency; And For Related Purposes.
