Summary

An Act To Amend Section 43-21-257, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Administrative Office Of Courts, Rather Than The Office Of Youth Services Of The Department Of Human Services, To Maintain A State Central Registry That Contains Certain Information From Cases That Is Obtainable From Records Of The Youth Court; To Provide That Youth Courts Shall Furnish Through The Use Of The Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System (mycids) Or Other Forms, Information That Is Needed By The Administrative Office Of Courts; And For Related Purposes.
