An Act To Provide A Salary Schedule For Sworn Officers Of The Alcoholic Beverage Control Division Of The Mississippi Department Of Revenue For Fiscal Year 2019 And Fiscal Years Thereafter; To Provide Definitions; To Provide For Experience Increases; To Provide For Adjustment In The Salary Scale In Any Year That The Legislature Enacts Across-the-board Salary Increases For State General Fund Agency Employees; To Authorize And Direct The Mississippi Department Of Revenue To Use Any Appropriated Funds To Compensate Eligible Sworn Officers; And For Related Purposes.
