An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Qualifications Of Eligibility For Contracts Awarded Under The Minority Set-aside Authorization; To Provide For The Renegotiation Of A New Minority Purchasing Contract Upon The Expiration Of The Original Contract If The Contract Did Not Expire As A Result Of Breach By Either Party; To Disqualify Certain Individuals Related To A Minority Business Owner From Eligibility To Be A Party To Certain Contracts With The Same Agency Or Governing Authority; And For Related Purposes.
