An Act To Amend Section 67-1-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Within The Definition Of The Term "qualified Resort Area" Under The Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, Any Facility Located In Certain Areas Designated By The Governing Authorities Of Certain Municipalities If An Election Is Held And A Majority Of The Qualified Electors Voting In The Election Vote In Favor Of Establishing Qualified Resort Areas; To Amend Section 67-1-16, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
