An Act To Amend Section 31-11-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Mississippi Community College Board To Establish Criteria For Projects Up To $10,000,000.00 To Make A Determination To Whether A Community College May Self-manage Capital Projects Funded, In Whole Or In Part, By General Obligation Bonds Or Other State Resources; To Provide Guidelines For The Criteria That The Board Must Use; To Provide Procedural Guidelines For The Contract Self-management Approval Process; And For Related Purposes.

Community and junior colleges; authorize to administer certain construction and maintenance contracts and exempt from DFA oversight.
