Summary

An Act To Amend Section 77-3-705, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define And Add The Term "online Pharmacy" To The Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act; To Amend Section 77-3-709, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Public Service Commission Shall Not Exempt A Telephone Solicitor Who Is An Online Pharmacy From Purchasing Or Using The No-calls Data Base; To Amend Section 77-3-711, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That An Online Pharmacy Shall Not Be Exempt From The Telephone Solicitation Act Even If Such Pharmacy Has An Established Business Relationship With A Consumer; And For Related Purposes.
