An Act To Amend Section 37-9-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require School Districts To Pay Custodial/janitorial Service Workers And Cafeteria/food Service Workers A Minimum Of $15.00 Per Hour; To Prohibit School Boards Or Private Entities With Whom The Board Has Entered Into A Contract From Reducing The Compensation Of Those Employees Whose Pay Calculates To Be More Than The Minimum Hourly Established; And For Related Purposes.
