Summary
An Act To Grant Certain Persons The Authority Of Reasonable Ingress And Egress To Cemeteries Located On Private Property; To Prohibit Persons Entering Such Private Property From Causing Damage To Such Property; To Provide That Persons Causing Damage Shall Be Liable For Such Damage; To Provide Immunity For Landowners And Lessees; To Provide A Cause Of Action For Persons Denied Reasonable Access To A Cemetery; And For Related Purposes.
