An Act To Amend Section 63-17-76, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Used Motor Vehicle Dealer Renewing An Application For The Issuance Of A Used Motor Vehicle Dealer's License To Complete Continuing Education As Determined By Standards Agreed Upon By The Department Of Revenue And The Mississippi Independent Auto Dealers Association; To Remove The Exemption Granted To Used Motor Vehicle Dealers Engaged In Vehicle Salvage From Continuing Education Requirements As A Condition Of Dealer Licensure; And For Related Purposes.
