Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-11-112, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Amount Of The Additional Annual Payment To Retirees And Beneficiaries Under The Public Employees' Retirement System For Full Fiscal Years In Retirement From And After July 1, 2010, Shall Be Equal To The Annual Percentage Increase In The Consumer Price Index, Not Exceeding Two And One-half Percent For Any Fiscal Year, Multiplied By The Amount Of The Annual Retirement Allowance; And For Related Purposes.

PERS; additional annual payment to retirees for years in retirement beginning July 1, 2010, shall be based on CPI.
