Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 19-5-313 And 19-5-333, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize A County Board Of Supervisors To Petition The Public Service Commission For Approval Of A Charge That Is Above The Monthly Charge For Emergency Telephone Service And Commercial Mobile Radio Service If A Board Determines, Upon Sufficient Showing Of Need, That The Proceeds Generated By The Charges Are Insufficient To Fund The Service Provided; And For Related Purposes.
