Summary

An Act To Require The Attorney General To Create A Standard Petition For Dismissal Form That Is To Be Used By Any Person Who Desires To Have A Conviction Expunged; To Provide The Procedure For Review Of Such Petition By A Judge In The Appropriate Court; To Amend Sections 99-19-71, 99-15-59, 99-15-123, 99-15-57 And 21-23-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Sections; To Bring Forward Section 99-19-72, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For A Fee Related To Petitions For Expungement; And For Related Purposes.
