An Act To Amend Section 9-13-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Salary For Court Reporters In Circuit And Chancery Courts By Twenty Percent; To Provide That Court Reporters In Circuit And Chancery Courts Will Receive A Salary Increase Anytime That Court Reporter's Judge Receives A Salary Increase That Is Equal To The Percent Of The Judge's Salary Increase; To Amend Section 9-13-61, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Salary For Court Reporters In County Courts By Twenty Percent; To Provide That Court Reporters In County Courts Will Receive A Salary Increase Anytime That Court Reporter's Judge Receives A Salary Increase That Is Equal To The Percent Of The Judge's Salary Increase; To Bring Forward Section 9-9-11, 9-13-15, 9-13-17 And 25-3-35, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
