Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-21-261, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That When An Allegation Of Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child Occurs, The Youth Court Shall Release The Child's Record To News Media At Cost; To Prohibit The News Media From Releasing Any Identifying Information Concerning The Child; And For Related Purposes.
