An Act To Amend Section 83-1-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That Monies In The Municipal Fire Protection Fund May Not Be Transferred Into The State General Fund; To Amend Section 83-1-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That Monies In The County Volunteer Fire Department Fund May Not Be Transferred Into The State General Fund; To Bring Forward Section 45-11-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
