An Act To Amend Section 19-5-153, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Tract Of Land That Was Subsequently Subdivided And Was Excluded From A District May Be Incorporated Into Such District If The Owners Were Not Signers Of The Petition And If The County Board Of Supervisors And The District Board Of Commissioners Approve Of Such Incorporation By Majority Vote; To Bring Forward Sections 19-5-189 And 19-5-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.

Excluded tract of land in the incorporation of a district; authorize inclusion under certain circumstances.
