An Act To Amend Section 41-4-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reconstitute The Membership Of The State Board Of Mental Health; To Amend Section 41-4-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Qualifications For The Executive Director Of The State Department Of Mental Health; To Provide That The Person Serving As Executive Director Of The Department On The Effective Date Of This Act Shall Be Removed From Office On The Last Day Of The Month After The Effective Date Of This Act, And The Board Shall Appoint A Person To Serve As Interim Executive Director Until A New Permanent Executive Director Is Appointed; To Extend The Date Of The Repealers On Certain Provisions Of This Section; And For Related Purposes.
