An Act To Amend Section 37-151-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Grant School Districts Discretionary Authority In Determining The Manner In Which State Allocations Under The Adequate Education Program, Excluding Funds Allotted For Vocational, Special Education And Gifted Programs, Shall Be Expended In The 2010-2011 And 2011-2012 School Years; To Amend Section 37-151-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
