An Act To Required Each Licensed Hospital To Provide To The State Department Of Health Each Month A Complete Report About What The Hospital Did For Each Patient In The Hospital Who Was Discharged During The Preceding Month; To Specify The Minimum Information About The Patient That Must Be Included In The Report; And For Related Purposes.
