Summary
An Act To Create A Special Fund In The State Treasury To Be Known As The "mississippi Highway, Road And Bridge Improvements Fund"; To Provide That Monies In The Fund Shall Be Used To Pay The Costs Incurred By The Mississippi Transportation Commission And The Mississippi Department Of Transportation For The Construction, Reconstruction, Repair And Rehabilitation Of Highways, Roads And Bridges In The State; To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Portion Of The Total State Sales Tax Revenue Shall Be Deposited Into The "mississippi Highway, Road And Bridge Improvements Fund"; And For Related Purposes.
