Summary

An Act To Direct The Mississippi Department Of Human Services To Seek Federal Waivers Necessary To Develop And Implement A System Under Which Limits Will Be Placed On Purchases Of Food By Recipients Of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (snap) Benefits So That The Recipients Will Not Be Able To Purchase In Any Month More Than The Percentage Of Each Food Group In The Current Myplate Nutrition Guide Of The United State Department Of Agriculture; And For Related Purposes.
