An Act To Provide Procedures And Certain Rights Regarding Collateral In Federal Home Loan Banks' Delinquency Proceedings; To Amend Section 83-24-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define The Term "federal Home Loan Bank"; To Amend Sections 83-24-11, 83-24-29, 83-24-41, 83-24-51 And 83-24-55, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Federal Home Loan Bank Shall Not Be Prohibited From Exercising Or Enforcing Any Right Or Cause Of Action Regarding Collateral Pledged Under A Security Agreement Or Other Similar Agreement Or Arrangement To Which Such Bank Is A Party; And For Related Purposes.
