Summary

An Act To Provide That Any Member Of A Board Or Commission That Was Created By State Law Shall Only Be Removed As A Member Of A Board Or Commission By A Majority Vote For Failure To Attend At Least 50% Of The Regularly Scheduled Meetings Of The Board During 12 Month Period Preceding The Vote, Or For Violation Of Any Statute Relating To The Responsibilities Of His Or Her Office, Based Upon The Recommendation Of A Majority Of The Remaining Trustees; And For Related Purposes.
