An Act To Amend Section 57-1-301, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "capital Improvements" For Purposes Of The Local Governments Capital Improvements Revolving Loan Program To Include Construction, Renovation, Upgrades, Additions And Improvements To Municipally Owned Or Operated Natural Gas Producing, Generating, Transmission And Distribution Systems For The Purpose Of Expanding And Extending Services Into Additional Areas; And For Related Purposes.
