Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase From Eighteen And One-half To Twenty The Percentage Of Total Sales Tax Revenue Collected In Municipalities That Is Diverted To Municipalities Within The State; To Provide That Such Percentage Shall Be Reduced To Eighteen And One-half Percent Under Certain Circumstances; And For Related Purposes.
