An Act To Amend Section 19-3-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That The Boards Of Supervisors Of Counties Have The Authority To Contract With Collection Agencies For The Collection Of Fees Associated With The Disposal Or Collection Of Garbage, Rubbish And Solid Wastes; To Require Counties To Solicit And Receive Requests For Proposals Or Requests For Qualifications Before Entering A Contract For The Collection Of Such Fees; And For Related Purposes.
