An Act To Amend Section 63-1-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require A Secondary School Driver Education And Safety Program, Or Equivalent, Be Successfully Completed Before A Person Under 18 Years Of Age May Receive A Driver's License; To Require Such Programs To Include Training On Truck Safety And Prevention Of Texting While Driving; And For Related Purposes.
