Summary
An Act To Amend Section 27-65-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Eighteen And One-half Percent Of The Sales Tax Revenue Collected From Business Activities Outside The Municipalities In A County Shall Be Paid To The County; To Provide That Such Monies Shall Be Used For Street And Road Construction, Repair And Maintenance; To Amend Section 27-65-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
