Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Health Insurance Program Of The State And School Employees Life And Health Insurance Plan Shall Require That The Prescription Drug Coverage Under The Plan Provide That The Co-payment And Deductible Amounts Required For Prescription Drugs Obtained From A Retail Pharmacy Shall Be The Same As The Co-payment And Deductible Amounts Required For The Same Prescription Drugs Obtained Through A Mail Order Pharmacy Service; And For Related Purposes.
