Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 45-3-17 And 41-29-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Members Of The Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol And Employees Of The Mississippi Bureau Of Narcotics Who Are Dismissed For Committing Certain Offenses Shall Not Be Subject To The Laws, Rules And Regulations Of The State Personnel System; To Bring Forward Section 25-9-127, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Relates To Prerequisites To Dismissal Of Employees Who Are Under The State Personnel System, For The Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
