An Act To Amend Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide An Alternate Procurement Process To The Design-bid-build Method That Allows Purchases To Be Made Through A Request For Proposals Submitted From The Lowest And Best Building Contractor Or Residential Builder That Offers The Best Value When The Purchase Involves Construction, Renovation, Or Both, Of Single Family Or Duplex Residences Or Cabins For Permanent Or Transient Occupancy; And For Related Purposes.
