An Act To Amend Section 43-20-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From The Child Care Licensing Law Any Child Care Facility Owned And Operated By A Recognized Church Or Religious Organization That Is Exempt From Federal Income Taxation, Is Registered With The Secretary Of State, Has Liability Insurance, And Receives No State Or Federal Funds; And For Related Purposes.
