Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-3-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Personnel Board To Exempt Certain Attorneys Employed By The Attorney General's Office From The Prohibition On Public Employees Being Paid Compensation That Exceeds The Salary Of The Executive Head Of The State Agency Or Department In Which They Are Employed If The Board Makes Certain Findings; And For Related Purposes.
