An Act To Amend Section 41-3-16.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Rural Water Associations That Also Provide Sewer Services To Participate In The Arpa Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant Program; To Bring Forward Section 49-2-131, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Creates The Mississippi Municipality And County Water Infrastructure (mcwi) Grant Program, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
