An Act To Amend Section 43-17-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The Department Of Human Services To Transfer To The Child Care And Development Fund (ccdf) Any Unspent, Uncommitted Tanf Funds Remaining From The Prior Fiscal Year Up To Forty Million Dollars, To Be Used As Vouchers To Pay For Child Care For Qualifying Children; And For Related Purposes.
