Summary
An Act To Provide That The University Of Mississippi Medical Center, In Collaboration With Jackson State University And Tougaloo College, Shall Establish The Delta Cancer Research Institute, Which Shall Be Located On The Campus Of The University Of Mississippi Medical Center; To Provide That The Purposes Of The Institute Are To Eliminate Or Reduce The Higher Rate Of Cancer Incidence In The Delta Counties Through Research, Education And Training; And For Related Purposes.
