Summary

An Act To Amend Section 27-41-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If A Tax Collector Sends Any Notice Relating To The Payment Or Nonpayment Of Ad Valorem Taxes On Property, The Tax Collector Shall Send The Notice To At Least The Owner Of Record And Any Other Person Or Other Entity Having At Least A Fifty Percent Ownership Interest In The Property; And For Related Purposes.
